Entisar is the Winners of our Barista of the Year for Egypt for 2019 a massive achievement as she only joined us in 2015. She planning to be a manager leading a store within One year, and her long-term plan to be Costa operation manager. We spent a little time with Entisar asking her some quick-fire questions to get to know one of our BOY’s winners a little more.
What's your favourite coffee/hot drink?
Classic Corto.
What do you love about Costa?
The teamwork spirit and dealing with a variety of new people.
What attracted you to Costa?
I wanted to learn more about coffee and become an expert in it.
What did you know about Costa before you joined?
Not much, just that it was one of the best known Coffee Shops in Egypt.

How to make the most irresistible cup of coffee.
What’s the best career decision you’ve ever made?
Joining the Costa coffee team.
What do you think is your greatest strength?
Working under pressure – knowing my goal and working to achieve it.
What do you think are the secrets behind getting to where you’ve got to?
The desire and drive to achieve my goal and eliminating barriers.
What is one thing that surprised you about working for Costa?

Proud, but that word doesn’t express it to its fullest.
