A bit about the role…

Reporting into the Agile Delivery manager, this role is primarily responsible for the coordination and enabling of the development teams sprints and roadmap.  You will drive delivery by focusing on prioritisation, removing blockers, considering risks and building strong relationships and leading by example with a strong agile background.  The teams will look to you to support the organisation of sprints and the ceremonies required to deliver business benefits in line with KPIs and the defined Costa delivery roadmap


Key responsibilities:

Team and Frameworks: Lead agile and Scrum ceremonies, supporting and developing and implementing team principles and practices for decision-making, prioritisation and problem-solving Building repeatable and reliable capabilities through a process of trial, feedback, learning and continual evolution

Cloud Applications: Support the development and implementation, whilst also being involved in the management and evolution of our cloud applications. Play a critical role in the evolving product roadmap

Agile Project/Product Delivery: Lead and shape project planning and product delivery approaches with a focus on agile methodologies, transforming projects to products using incremental and iterative approaches.

Partnership with Business: Collaborate with global and regional business units, including across The Coca Cola Company, to deepen business knowledge and shape future technology strategies, roadmaps, plans, and business cases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and 3rd parties: Build and maintain trusted relationships across cross-functional teams and with 3rd parties to support project/product delivery

  • Strong communication skills to build good working relationships across Business and Technology teams and influence senior stakeholders across the business
  • A strong background in agile ways of working and to have been a Scrum Master for more than 3 years
  • Demonstrable experience in successful delivery across technology using SAFe (or equivalent)
  • Ability to shape, lead and coach delivery teams, including in-house and 3rd party resource, teams and systems integrators
  • Well versed in new ways of working, including an understanding of product thinking and agile theory and methodologies and an ability to able to implement Agile practises
  • Drives to outcomes by focusing on results and how best to achieve them

The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required. Some international travel may also be required on up to a quarterly basis e.g. to the UK to participate in face-to-face planning meetings with our central teams and stakeholders.
