A bit about the role…
Reporting into the Agile Delivery Manager for Integrations, this role is responsible for ensuring high-quality QA and delivery output on Costa’s integration estate. This includes testing system-to-system integrations as well as more discrete components of Costa’s wider cloud infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for consistently applying high standards of testing and QA, documenting and maintaining test cases as you go, and working closely with the team to identify potential testing opportunities:
- Engaging with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects and Business Analysts to understand the expected behaviours of functionality, and to design & implement test cases as appropriate
- Be part of a wider team tasked with modernizing the integration landscape using latest cloud technologies
- Proactively provide feedback to development teams to enable resolution of any issues discovered during testing
- Identify and suggest opportunities for streamlining testing approaches, as part of a regular review cycle
- Effectively apply high standards of QA to ensure Costa’s integration deliverables are reliable, performant and behave according to requirements.

Location/Travel…
The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required. Some international travel may also be required on up to a quarterly basis e.g. to the UK to participate in face to face planning meetings with our central digital teams and stakeholders.
