Due to the continued growth ambitions here at Costa Coffee, we are looking to engage with strong leaders who can support driving the operation forward both in terms of commercial and team impact. We have strong pipeline of new stores planned and along with our internal talent we would like to bring in strong leaders to drive team engagement, development, strong customer and of course strong sales growth.

A bit about the role 

Everything – and we mean everything – is your accountability. From building a strong super engaged team to building a loyal customer base to drive sales and increase transactions. So go ahead and make it your own. 
 What’s involved?
•    Creating the perfect environment for customers who want to return time and time again
•    Meeting all customer needs and driving a strong customer service culture to drive positive NPS, as well as working in the local community to identify and welcome new customers.
•    Taking ownership of growing sales, transactions and increasing profit through effective management of stock, labour, training, and reward and recognition
•    Inspiring your team to deliver with every interaction
•    Training and developing your team to reach their full potential and grow through the business

•    Strong proven leadership experience is essential with a track record of managing high performing teams
•    Experience of managing, coaching, and developing team members – they could be our future leaders

•    Ability to thrive under pressure, execute at pace and show resilience
•    Flexibility to support where needed in the area
