Coffee is at the absolute core of our business and we believe that great coffee has the power to create positive change. That's why we take great pride in sourcing it sustainably. 

We make careful choices about the coffee we buy, working with the Rainforest Alliance to source 100% of our famous beans to their high standard. We're also exploring new ways to partner with farmers to tackle the effects of climate change and support their livelihoods.

The packaging we serve our products in is really important to us, to you, and for the planet. That’s why we will continue to prioritise the sustainability of our packaging, including our takeaway cups, lids, cans and pods.

Wherever possible we will create circular solutions, considering the entire lifecycle of each piece of packaging – reducing waste, boosting recycling, and using recycled material – moving towards reuse as our ultimate goal.

Climate change is the greatest challenge of our time. The science is clear: to avoid its very worst effects, we need to limit global warming to 1.5C.

To play our part in tackling climate change, we need to think and act boldly. The targets we’ve set ourselves are significant; they'll drive us to genuinely change the way we do business, globally.
