The E-commerce Manager for B2B Key Accounts will lead and expand key online partnerships by developing tailored digital strategies, enhancing online visibility, and driving sales growth across major B2B platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role ensures a seamless customer experience and achieves commercial objectives.

What you’ll do
Being a Key Account Manager – eCommerce is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be:
- Build strong relationships with B2B e-commerce platforms and develop account-specific strategies to drive sales and expand Costa’s online presence.
- Monitor performance metrics and use data insights to optimize listings, pricing, and promotions, adjusting strategies to maximize revenue and meet KPIs.
- Optimize Costa products for visibility through enhanced listings, tailored content, and SEO strategies, supporting campaigns to boost customer engagement.
- Extensive B2B e-commerce experience with a focus on key account management and sales growth.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic goals.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
- Proven experience managing large multinational accounts, driving growth in coffee within GroConTrav channels, and optimizing commercial economics.
- Strong ability to analyse market trends, competitor insights, and set direction to drive business success.
- Expert knowledge of B2B eCommerce and managing global customers for effective partnerships and successful market entry strategies.
- Skilled in building relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing strategies, and empowering teams with data-driven insights for bold decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to execute across time zones and cultures, with a track record in strategy, commercial roles, and driving bottom-line ROI.
